At ENIMBOS GLOBAL SERVICES we treat the information provided by interested persons in order to manage the delivery of the information requested and provide interested parties with offers of products and services of interest, as well as upcoming events or seminars. We will not elaborate a "commercial profile", based on the information provided. No automated decisions will be made based on that profile.

The non-acceptance of this purpose implies that we will not be able to inform you about our news and events.

In case the request includes personal data, from people who are not holders of them, the user must, prior to their inclusion, inform those people of the terms set forth in the preceding paragraphs. The file manager has adopted the security levels llegally required for the protection of personal data, and has installed all means and technical measures available according to the state of the technology to avoid loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the Personal Data provided.

The user has the confidentiality and the duty of secrecy of all those who treat the data in the name of and on behalf of it. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the user is aware of the possibility that the security of communications through network is not invulnerable.

The user may exercise the ARCO rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of the personal data in accordance with the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data (L.
