This subscription will allow you to use all the features of our platform, you will be able to automatize your cloud infrastructure and your backups, saving a lot of time and money.

There is also an online support either in English or in Spanish.

The subscription fee will be fix and won´t vary form one month to other.

The savings are calculated based on the Potential cost (On-Demand charge) vs. the Actual cost (the Spot charge). This is calculated in real-time based on the actual savings in your account.

Skytuneup charges a percentage of those savings, from 10% to 15% depending on your AWS consumption.

Yes, AWS will charge you for the resources you use.

We will begin invoicing you one month after account activation. We will invoice you one for the subscription fee at the beginning of the contract and another one for the percentage of the savings you made each month. We will then continue invoicing you on the first day of each month.

Skytuneup will only bring new features to the things you can do with your AWS cloud infrastructure. It is not possible to delete any element or key data from Skytuneup. Following the recommendations and the advice of our team Skytuneup is a completely safe and secure to use.

Skytuneup team will provide all the documentation and the necessary support for you to learn during the 30-days free trial. Besides, we offer the Compass Service, in case you wish to continue with support and 24x7 online help.

During the term of the Agreement, Skytuneup will provide Customer access to the SaaS production application on a twenty-four hour, seven days a week (24x7) basis at a rate of 99.9% (“SaaS Services Uptime Metric”). The SaaS Services Uptime Metric shall commence on the Effective Date (as defined in the Terms).

All the SLA TERMS will be specified before start using the Platform.

Once you are at http://skytuneup.com/contact.php, you will need to enter your name and email and follow the instructions. We will send you the access to create a new account, follow the “Create an account” link and enter a valid email address and password. You will be logged automatically to Skytuneup platform.

No, we give you the freedom to explore and test our portal before entering your billing information for 30 days. We will also assign a cloud expert to guide you during the hole month, that way you can ask any doubt may arise while you are learning. Once the 30 days are completed, we will send you a contract in case you are interested on continuing using Skytuneup.

Yes, you can access your Skytuneup portal via smartphone or tablet. All you need to do is log onto our dashboard to gain access to your resources.

AWS Spot Instance is a purchasing option that allows a customer to purchase unused Amazon EC2 computer capacity at a highly-reduced rate.

Spot instances run when your bid price exceeds the Spot price, and provide the reliability, security, performance, control, and elasticity of Amazon EC2, at low market-driven prices. Spot instances can reduce your operating costs by up to 50-90%, compared to On-Demand instances.

SkySpot groups use EC2 Spot resources for production environments thanks to the multi availability zone and on-demand autoscalling functionality.

Skytuneup Smart Engine® predicts the price evolution for every EC2 instance type between all AZ's and Regions regardless of whether they are on-demand or Spot. To use successfully the Tuneups you will need to define a group of resources by functionality, environment or business application type (Resource pool). Then you will generate a Schedule, with different timeframes depending on your business needs. The last step, you will planificate the execution of different actions (Tuneups) for every Resource pool in any Scheduled defined.

It is a group of resource that you have on Skytuneup, EC2, RDS, Skyspot or Autoscaling Groups. You can define your own resource pool depending on what your cloud resources are used for, then you will be able to apply actions to them, like start or stop them at any previously define schedule.

Schedulers will define the time frame and the frequency you want some action to be applied to your resources (EC2, RDS….). You will assign each Scheduler to a Resource Pool. For instance, imagine that your Development Team stop working every afternoon at 18:00, with a Scheduler you can shut down all their EC2 and stop paying! Of course, you can have another Scheduler to start all their machines at 7:00 for them to start again.

You can assign the same Scheduler to a various Resource Pools.

Skytuneup backups, ensure the backup of your cloud resource EC2 and RDS, planning the timeframes for the snapshots allowing you to simplify the assurance of your platform.

Your will have in a single view the full control of your cloud resources, controlling when you did your last backup. Group the resources by type or business needs. Schedule the timeframes for your backup snapshots. Planificate the retention policy of each Resource-pool. Finally, control your infrastructure health based on the management of the existing backups of the platform.
